Dr. Agnieszka Mikołajczyk-Bareła is a Senior AI Engineer at Chaptr.AI, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI assistants. Previously, as NLP Team Leader at Voicelab.AI, she led the development of TRURL, Poland's first large-scale generative model.
Her PhD research at Gdańsk University of Technology concentrated on crucial issues of bias detection and mitigation in AI. With over 2500 citations (Google Scholar), her work spans LLMs, Explainable AI (XAI), and ethical AI development. She actively contributes to “AI for Good” initiatives like HearAI and DetectWaste.
